Trusts and Estates

Our firm’s Trusts and Estates practice group works closely with clients to craft a beneficial estate plan, which takes into consideration the reduction of the effectual estate tax and possibilities under the 2010 Tax Relief Act. We work to structure the appropriate documents and entities, wills, trusts, and/or LLCs to implement most effectively wealth transfer between generations, taking into consideration the needs of spouses, children and particularly any family members with special needs. Small Business Law

Our firm’s Small Business Law practice group provides small business owners with excellent legal services at a reasonable price. Each client is different, and we work one-on-one to customize our legal services to meet each client’s particular needs.
